EXPLORING:

I am working on a novel about a woman who grew up in a (fictional) mountainous region and returns as an adult, hoping to find a cabin by a river in a small community where she can live simply and happily. But it doesn’t work out that way. She spends a summer getting hopeful about a town, only to discover a fundamental problem with each one. Meanwhile, she also finds hidden parts of herself, manages many escapes, and uncovers regional mysteries.
