The Midwives celebrate the artist in everyone. We believe that creativity connects us. We were formed by artists craving community, motivation, and inspiration to experiment.

Term 6 Winter Menu:
The Midwives Community Circle is new and we’ve made it our entry level program. It’s a support group for your creative spirit. This group meets monthly on the second Monday of the month at 6pm CT. Here we will share work, talk about process, and have co-working time all led by a Midwives Facilitator.
This is where we started. You are placed in a circle with 5-8 other artists. Everyone in the circle serves as Midwife to another maker so you are both serving an artist and being supported as an artist. The circle meets monthly, led by a Midwives Facilitator to share work, talk about process and make!
Six Month Circle
Our Hire a Midwife program is meant for individuals looking for one-on-one support from one of our founding members. We are a sounding board, a means for support, feedback, and a source of accountability and advocacy. But above all else, our time together will be about process - learning what you need to be creative, your habits, your values, and what success looks like for you.
Scholarships:
All Midwives offerings are available on a sliding scale. Additionally, we offer specific scholarships to individuals who identify as BIPOC and recent college graduates.
This year we are offering a limited number of scholarships for our Community Circle and Artist-Midwife Circles which are available on a first come first serve basis to artists who identify as BIPOC.
In an effort to make our programs accessible to recent college graduates within the past 5 years, we are offering partial scholarships at the rate of $15/month for the community circle or $35/month for the Artist - Midwife circle.
